6 steps to buying double glazing

Buying double glazing can be a simple and pleasant process. Since our establishment, we’ve always had one ambition: to make the process of purchasing new windows as short, simple and hassle-free for you as possible.

Benefits of buying double glazing from Albany Windows

  • Same-day or next-day quotes
  • A great price, first time, every time
  • No pushy sales tactics
  • 0% interest home improvement loans from Barclays
  • It is rarely necessary to pay a deposit

From start to finish all it takes is six easy steps:

Step 1 iconAfter browsing our website for ideas, get in touch with Albany Windows by enquiring online or call us free on 0800 111 4621.

Step 2 iconA member of the Albany team will then arrange to visit you to discuss your requirements and determine an accurate final price. Appointments rarely last more than an hour and we will never pressure you into signing an order.

Step 3 iconYou will be sent a formal quotation in the post within 48 hours of our visit. All you need to do is post back a signed copy of the order sheet/quotation and we’ll call to arrange a survey to get exact measurements for the best fit.

Step 4 icon2-4 weeks after the survey, your new glazing products are delivered to Albany and we will then call you to arrange a fitting date.

Step 5 iconWe don’t subcontract work to others; our fitters arrive around 8-9am on the first morning. They will cause minimal disruption to your property and will place down dust sheets to protect your furnishings and decoration.

Step 6 iconPayment is due on job completion and Albany Windows offer a choice of payment methods including all major credit cards and Barclays home improvement loans. Your insurance guarantee will start from the moment payment has been made.

We have lots of testimonials and installation images from happy customers, and we welcome you to visit our showroom in Cheltenham to see the quality of our products for yourself.

Once the fitting process is complete you may be visited by Fensa, who check a selection of installations to ensure they comply with building regulations. Within three weeks of a completed job you will receive a certificate of compliance and your GGF insurance backed guarantee policy certificate.
